Did you know Central Goldfields Shire has an App so residents can report faults quickly and easily?
Residents with a smart phone can install the FREE Neat Streets App, which allows them to report a street or road issue directly to Council.
Central Goldfields Shire Chief Administrator Noel Harvey said the Neat Streets App provided residents with a quick and easy option for reporting faults and issues to Council.
“Not only is it free but it will save residents the time it takes to make a phone call or write a letter and will also send you progress reports as to when the fault is fixed.
“Faults can include graffiti, hazards, damage, litter, potholes, signage, street lights, obstruction or even parking related issues – whatever it is let us know.”
The App prompts you to take a photo of the app and asks you to add a category. It automatically picks up the location of the fault and then sends it directly to our Works team for attention.
Where the issue is the responsibility of another authority, such as VicRoads, we will refer the matter on.
The free app can be downloaded from http://www.neatstreets.com.au/ or from your phone’s App store.
