Every year, Local Government Victoria (LGV) coordinates a state-wide Local Government Community Satisfaction Survey.
The survey is designed to assess the performance of Victorian councils across a range of measures and identify ways to provide improvement or more effective service delivery to residents.
Our survey is based on the responses by phone from interviews with 400 residents.
