Our Customer Service Centre will close at 2pm on Tuesday 24 December and will re-open at 9am on Thursday 2 January 2025.

Opening hours over the festive season, please note Vic Roads is not open on Fridays.

Hours of operation will continue to be 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday with reduced staff until Thursday 2 January 2025.

The visitor centre will be closed on Christmas Day, Wednesday 25 December.

It will be open from 9am to 5pm on every other day during the festive season.

The library will be open as usual at other times over the festive season with the following opening hours

Monday to Friday: 9am to 5pm

Saturdays: 9am to 12noon
