ANZAC DAY 2025

ANZAC Day services are held across the Central Goldfields Shire each year.

Residents are invited to attend services in Bealiba, Carisbrook, Dunolly, Majorca, Maryborough and Talbot on Friday 25 April 2025.

11am – March (assemble from 10.30am at corner Cochrane and Main streets)

11.15am – Ceremony at Bealiba Town Hall

Council Services: Public Holiday

Our Customer Service Centre, Maryborough Regional Library, Goldfields Family Centre, Central Goldfields Art Gallery, Depot/Pound and Transfer Stations will be closed Friday 25 April.

Central Goldfields Art Gallery and our Transfer Stations operate as normal over the weekend.

Vic Roads is not open on Fridays or on weekends.

Our Central Goldfields Visitor Centre opens as normal each day from 9am to 5pm.

The Central Goldfields Shire Council after-hours service will operate as normal. Urgent issues relating to the following areas can be reported to:
