Pursuant to Section 207E (2) (a) of the Local Government Act 1989, Central Goldfields Shire Council is advertising its intention to complete the land exchange on 160 Possum Gully Road, Adelaide Lead as per the Plan of Survey of part of Crown Allotments 26, 29, 30, 31, 32, 33, 34 & 36 Parish of Wareek, County of Talbot by officially closing the road reserve and permitting the creation of a new land parcel should the application to amend the Register Section 207E Local Government Act 1989 process be successfully completed.
At the time of the exchange, steps undertaken adhere to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 207E (2) (b) but not the LOCAL GOVERNMENT ACT 1989 - SECT 207E 2 (a). Private land was converted to Road reserve but the road reserve to be exchanged was not transferred to the Private Landowner.
