GET READ TO SWIM!

We are excited to announce the pool hall at the Maryborough Sports and Leisure Centre will re-open on Monday 17 June.

The new 25-metre pool tiles look fantastic and will ensure our pool can be enjoyed for many years to come.

We thank our community for their patience whilst the upgrade was carried out.

Thank you to the Federal Government’s Local Roads and Community Infrastructure program for the funding to deliver this project.

DUNOLLY NEWS

The upgrade to the Rene Fox Gardens public toilet facilities is now underway.

We were recently granted Heritage Victoria approval for the project and the tender for the project has been awarded to Masterson Builders following a public tender process.

The $211,000 project is fully funded by Council and will deliver:

• upgraded disabled toilet to comply with current standards

• full refresh of the male and female toilets

• replacement of the existing roof

• replacement of the existing crushed rock with exposed aggregate throughout the Gardens to improve drainage around the toilets and the hall.

The project is expected to be complete by late August.

Please note: During the duration of the project the public toilets and path between Broadway and Inkerman Streets won’t be accessible. Please use the public toilets at Gordon Gardens as an alternative.
